Landlords and body corporate services always blame their tenants when the air conditioning cannot keep our business cool, maybe they could explain why the cold water comes out as hot as the hot water in November as well, with our business next to a bakery and a bottle shop. It heats up the shared ceiling so hot that we don’t even need to use hot water, forcing us to change our business to 7am to 1pm then we come back once it cools down. Obviously was under warranty but the guys came out within a few days of calling and the problem was fixed.
